Organize your business.
With someone by your side.

If pricing, inventory and collections depend on you staying on top of them, every problem lands back on your desk. APC doesn't just sell a program: it helps you organize your management with clear processes, a system to work in and a setup defined in writing.

Don't let disorder keep running your day.

An unreviewed price complicates a sale. Uncertain inventory delays a purchase. A collection without follow-up stays pending. When information is scattered, it's hard to know what to solve first.

We work with you on processes, pricing, inventory, collections and metrics. The goal is for you to look at the business with the information in one place and set priorities for your team.

Know what we'll do. Before we start.

The implementation is defined by branches, data to migrate, integrations, training and timelines. These are the stages that structure the work.

  1. Assessment. We review how you work, what you need to organize and what your operation requires: branches, data, integrations.
  2. Written proposal. We put the scope, price, training and timelines in writing. You know what you're getting before we start.
  3. Data migration. We bring into the system the products, customers, balances and prices defined in the proposal.
  4. Training. Your team learns the tasks they'll do in the system, with Órbit as a guide on every screen.
  5. Follow-up. We stay with you during the agreed setup. After that, ticket-based support from inside the system.

The bigger the operation, the longer the road.

Approximate: the actual timeline is written in the proposal, along with the scope and price.

  • Groups of companies and multiple countries (Enterprise): quoted in stages, company by company. See Enterprise →
  • Corporations: 2 to 6 months. Many branches and warehouses, integrations and replication to headquarters. See Corporations →
  • Distributors (Distributor plan): 4 to 8 weeks. Branches, field sales reps, routes, per-customer price lists and supplier integration.
  • Medical offices, repair shops and service companies (SMB plan): 2 to 4 weeks. Scheduling or workshop, multiple workstations, migration of customers and balances.
  • Retail counter stores (Essential plan): 3 to 10 days. One location, few workstations, loading of products and prices.

The scope is concrete. So is the proposal.

  • SMB plan: setup from USD 4.000.
  • Distributor plan: setup from USD 15.000.
  • Enterprise: quoted according to your workflow.
  • The final price depends on the scope and is put in writing before we start.

These amounts are for setup. The system subscription is monthly, plus taxes, in dollars or in pesos at the daily exchange rate, with 15 % off when you pay yearly. Custom development is quoted per project.

Multiple companies, regions or countries. A single operation.

For store networks, large distributors and groups operating across several provinces, states or countries: unlimited stores, warehouses and regions, consolidated dashboards, each country's currencies and taxes, cloud replication between branches and headquarters, integrations with your systems, e-commerce and logistics.

Realistic timelines: a corporate setup takes 2 to 6 months depending on branches, data and integrations. We don't promise 48 hours: we promise a written scope, dated stages and an account manager with a service agreement.

What happens in your business has a channel for follow-up.

From inside the system you send errors, suggestions and ideas with a screenshot. A suggestion doesn't come with a date: what goes into each version is shown in What's new.

Ticket-based support

Log the error from APC and attach a screenshot. The ticket reaches headquarters, gets a response and is tracked until resolved.

Ideas and suggestions box

What your team needs improved is sent from inside the system. Improvements customers ask for are included in the automatic updates.

Automatic updates

The system updates itself overnight, without reinstalling anything on each workstation. Órbit and Andy learn with every version.

Your next step:
see how to organize it.
