Terms of use.

The conditions for using APC ERP and this site. They're the same ones accepted by whoever installs the program.

1. License

APC Systems grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use APC ERP, for the computers and the company listed in the contract. The demo version may be used only to get to know the program, with sample data.

2. Ownership

The program, its code, its design, its assistants (Órbit and Andy) and its documentation are the property of APC Systems. Copying, reselling, modifying or decompiling it without written authorization is not permitted. Resale to one's own customers is only done within the distributor plan agreed with APC.

3. Data

The data the company enters belongs to the company. APC does not read or share it. Backups are stored encrypted with the key chosen by the administrator. Problem reports sent to APC include only the technical log, without passwords.

4. Updates

The program updates itself only with versions signed by APC, outside business hours and with a prior backup.

5. Warranty

The program is provided as is. APC Systems fixes errors reported to it within the contracted support, but is not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to lack of backups, or the use of incorrectly entered data. Tax obligations (ARCA and provincial agencies) are the responsibility of the user company.

6. Plans and payments

Published prices are for reference, in US dollars, per month and plus taxes. An advisor confirms the proposal in writing before contracting.

7. This site

The site's content is for information purposes. Demo downloads are free and for evaluation.
