Each branch works with its own database and the data comes together at headquarters: sales, inventory, balances and statistics.

Many branches.
A single operation.
For large distributors, store networks and companies with many branches and warehouses, field sales reps and delivery. Each branch keeps selling even if the internet goes down, and headquarters sees everything together.
What it solves for your operation.
Sales rep app with orders and collections even with no signal, routes, fleet and line-by-line settlement of what was collected.
Banks, digital wallets, e-commerce and your current systems, as defined in the assessment.
Real screens from the demo.

Órbit: Sales, collections and inventory by period, sales rep or branch.

Órbit: What's collected in the field is reviewed before it goes into the cash register.

Andy: Balance and last purchase for each customer, ready to visit.
What your infrastructure needs.
- Dedicated main computer (high-performance PC or server with Windows Server 2019 or later): 8 cores, 32 GB of memory, mirrored NVMe SSDs and a UPS.
- Each branch with its own computer and database: if the internet goes down, it keeps selling, and the data comes together at headquarters when the connection returns.
- Fixed internet at headquarters (fiber, with a second backup link recommended) and a wired network for the checkout stations.
- Sales reps' phones with Android 8.0 or later.
- Structure at scale: headquarters → regions, provinces or states → branches → workstations. Each level is configurable.
- The exact hardware is defined in the assessment, based on workstations, branches and volume. Infrastructure maintenance (servers, replication, monitoring and support) is contracted as a service.
Local or cloud AI: you choose.
Órbit's own engine runs on any computer, with no graphics card and without sending anything out: it explains how to do things and looks up your numbers.
To chat with a full artificial intelligence without data leaving the company, the main computer needs a graphics card: from 12 GB of video memory for mid-size models; 24 GB or more for large models and several users at once.
If the computer has no graphics card, cloud AI can be used: only with an administrator's consent and with a daily usage cap. You can always go back to the built-in engine.
2 to 6 months.
The exact timeline depends on branches, data and integrations and is written in the proposal. We don't promise 48 hours.
The duration of each stage is approximate.

APC-DBRIDGE In development
For retail chains that use APC: corporation, subsidiaries, distributors and customers. With the agreement of both companies in each link, the buyer shares with the seller only the restocking data for the agreed items: inventory, weekly sales and minimums. The seller sends back a suggested order that the buyer approves or discards. The data travels directly between the two companies: it never goes through APC.
How it works and what is never shared →Secure, and getting better.
Errors, ideas and requests are sent from inside APC, with a screenshot. They reach headquarters, are tracked until resolved, and what's useful goes into the updates for all customers.
Versions signed by APC Systems, installed overnight with a prior backup, without reinstalling anything on each workstation. What goes into each version is shown in What's New.
Each version brings new answers, reviewed by the APC team, for all industries.
