What APC Systems does with the information you leave on this site or in the APC ERP demos.

1. What information we ask for

In the contact form: name, company, phone or WhatsApp, email, city, province, industry, number of workstations and branches, the plan you're interested in and anything you'd like to tell us. To download the demo: name, WhatsApp and email. We only receive it if you check that you agree.

2. What we use it for

Solely to contact you about your inquiry, support you with the demo and prepare a proposal for you. We don't sell it, we don't transfer it and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

3. How it travels and where it's stored

It leaves your browser encrypted: only APC's internal system can read it. It's stored on APC Systems' computers and account, with access restricted to the sales team.

4. How long

For as long as the sales conversation or our relationship with you lasts. If we don't move forward, we delete it within 24 months.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to administracion@apc-erp.com. We respond within 10 business days. You are entitled to the rights under Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection; the Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority.

6. This site

It doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser what's needed for it to work (for example, your country or that you already left your details to download).
