More than 200 industries, healthcare and control logs

  • More than 200 industries, each with its own home screen, tools and invoicing screen. 9 transportation industries are added (grain, livestock, fuel, international, moving, school transport, car services, tow trucks and dumpsters).
  • Industry tools: appointment or booking calendar, projects with plans and documents, work orders with each unit's history, and contracts that are invoiced automatically every period.
  • Healthcare: ANMAT traceability with DataMatrix reader, digital prescription log and medical records with entries that can't be modified.
  • Control logs for chemical precursors (RENPRE), agrochemicals and veterinary products (SENASA). It flags what's missing and never holds up the sale.
  • Demos can be installed with sample data or empty, ready for you to load your own.

Card payments and automatic reconciliation

  • Get paid with Posnet, Payway, Getnet or Mercado Pago Point from the invoicing screen: each sale stores the terminal, card brand, installments, slip number and batch.
  • With Mercado Pago Point the amount goes straight to the terminal and the sale is marked as paid automatically.
  • You upload the processor's file and the system reconciles it automatically; anything that doesn't match stays in plain sight.
  • If the terminal doesn't respond, the sale isn't held up: it's issued anyway and the slip is entered by hand.
  • New Cards screen with totals, payments, reconciliation and terminal setup.

Sturdier e-invoicing, special dates and a home screen for each business

  • ARCA e-invoicing with a queue per invoice series: if ARCA doesn't respond, the sale goes on and the invoice is authorized automatically as soon as ARCA comes back.
  • Invoices with QR code, breakdown of IVA, excise taxes and tax withholdings, and CAEA contingency.
  • Promotions for special dates (Mother's Day, Christmas, Hot Sale and more): you choose the discount once and they're set up automatically every year.
  • The home screen shows the business at a glance: sales compared with the previous month, best sellers, top customers and upcoming dates.
  • Data migration from other systems with a balance check before you start working.

Installers with a setup wizard and APC plans

  • Installation with a setup wizard (in Spanish for now): Siguiente, Siguiente, Instalar. With an uninstaller and Start menu shortcuts.
  • Demo by industry with sample data for that business: products, customers, suppliers, promotions and 120 days of history.
  • Each company creates its own branch with its point of sale, warehouse and invoice series.
  • Órbit suggests the plan based on your industry, workstations and branches, and connects you with an advisor.
